At Sublime Boutique we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a monthly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals as often as possible. Due to the high demand of our products, and limited quantities our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on our website may no longer be in stock as it may have sold in store that day or simultaneously before we have a chance to update the website. Display of a particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges or offer store credit, customer’s choice. We do our best to display our products in our pictures as accurately as possible. Customers are welcome to contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, it may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of our merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for a store credit. For more information regarding our return policy, please scroll to the bottom of this page.


Our t-shirt designs, canvases, and some hat designs are designed directly by our store owner, while you may find these sayings on other clothing from other stores, the font and design is NOT the same. If you see any of our photos on other websites other than our Sublime Boutique Etsy page, Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter, please notify us immediately. All images, photographs, and promotional graphics appearing on the sublimeboutique-ne.com website are the exclusive property of Sublime Boutique and/or their wholesale suppliers and are protected under the United States and International Copyright laws. The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of Sublime Boutique or their wholesale suppliers.

Furthermore, use of any image, photograph & promotional graphic (digital, artist rendering or alike) on another eCommerce property, social media page, blog, or news source not affiliated with sublimeboutique-ne.com without proper written consent is a violation of the United States and International Copyright laws.

Return Policy & Refunds, and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. Store credit or replacements are offered to customers that are returning an item due to dislike of the product once they receive it. However product must be returned to the store directly or shipped back at customer’s expense, with tags still on items, and item(s) must be unworn.

We do offer in store pickups to our customers who live in Stapleton, Nebraska or are in the area and would like to pick up their items instead in order to save on shipping. Please choose that option at checkout.

If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Sublime Boutique. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Sublime Boutique. Furthermore, Sublime Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
